How the trial works. Create your family and use everything free for 14 days. Add your card with Stripe when you sign up, or any time later in Settings: either way, your first payment is only taken when the trial ends. If you don't subscribe, nothing is deleted; the game simply pauses until a parent subscribes.

Prices in US dollars. Web subscriptions are billed securely by Stripe; we never see your card number. You can also subscribe in the App Store or Google Play from the app, at the same price.

Pricing questions

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The trial starts the moment you create your family, with no card. You can add one at sign-up so there's no interruption, or later from Settings in the web panel or the app.

When am I charged?

On the day your free trial ends, then every month or year after that. Subscribing early never shortens your trial.

What happens when the trial ends without a subscription?

The game pauses: children see a friendly "ask a parent" screen, and parents can still sign in, subscribe, manage the family or delete it. Players, schedules and gold are all kept.

How do I cancel?

For a web subscription, open Settings in the web panel and choose Manage billing to cancel or switch plans in Stripe's billing portal. App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in the store where they were bought. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Is there a price per child?

No. One subscription covers your whole family: every parent, every child, every device.
